Service Desk Operator

Netlink has been providing the SME market with outsourced IT solutions since 1994. We are looking someone with a passion for IT and a commitment to customer service to join our Service Desk team.
Quite simply, we want someone awesome!
Service Desk with a difference!
In this role, you will be providing first level support; over the phone, via email and on site.
There’ll also be plenty of time to learn and grow your skills while delivering first class customer service.
You’ll need:

Experience in a corporate Service Desk environment
-
A passion for great customer service
-
Strong problem solving, analytical and research skills
-
Ability to handle a busy environment
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Motivation to take on new challenges
-
Strong technical background in general desktop support, Windows (desktop and server), Active Directory, Exchange / Outlook and Networking
The following will be advantageous:

Relevant qualifications
-
Technical certification (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix)

Knowledge and experience in ITIL practices (highly regarded)

Experience with ConnectWise PSA software
